- What are Ringtagz?
Ringtagz are music, comedy, fun sounds plus much more that your callers hear when they call you, instead of the 'ring ring' they usually hear when waiting for you to answer.
- Where can I buy Ringtagz?

You can also buy them on the go on your mobile at http://orange.ringtagz.co.uk/m (you can text TAGZ to 88188 to get this link sent to your phone. Standard network rates apply) - What's the difference between Ringtagz and a Ringtone?
Ringtagz are what people hear when they call you, whilst a ringtone is what you hear when someone calls you. Ringtagz are stored on the Orange network, while ringtones have to be downloaded to your phone.
- Will Ringtagz work on my phone and will all my callers hear them?
Ringtagz are separate from your handset so will work on all phones on the Orange network as long as you stay on the same mobile number. All your callers can hear your Ringtagz and you can also select specific Ringtagz for individual callers.
- How much do Rintagz cost, how do I pay for them and how many can I buy?
The service costs just £1.50 per month no matter how many Ringtagz you have in your library and individual Ringtagz are either free or cost up to £1.50 per Ringtagz.
Contract (Pay Monthly) customers will be charged via their monthly bill. If you are a Pay As You Go customer, you will have the cost deducted from your credit. During the purchase process your Pay As You Go credit will be checked; if you do not have enough credit you will not be able to complete your purchase and will not be charged.
You can buy as many Ringtagz as you want, there is no limit! - How can I get Ringtagz on my phone?
And does it get downloaded to my phone?
When you purchase a Ringtagz from us it is automatically assigned to your phone, simple!
It is not necessary to have your phone on (or in coverage) for Ringtagz to take effect. Your track should be available immediately. If there is any technical reason why your purchase has not been successful, you will be advised during the purchase process and you will not be charged.
Ringtagz are stored on the Orange Network and therefore you don't need to worry about downloading anything. - What should I do if my Ringtagz purchase is not successful?
If there is any technical reason why your purchase has not been successful, you will be advised during the attempted purchase and you will not be charged. In this case you can try again.
If you are having repeated problems purchasing Orange Customer Services can be contacted on 150 from your Orange handset. - How long does a track last?
Your track is yours to keep from the date of purchase, as long as you remain an Orange customer, you pay your £1.50 per month playing fee for the service and keep the same number. Unless you were told otherwise at the time of purchase, or Orange decide to remove it from the Ringtagz Service for legal or rights reasons. If so we may offer you a replacement track to the same value of the track which was removed.
- Why did I get a different track to the one I chose?
If you don’t have enough credit the first time you purchase a Ringtagz we will start you off with a free default track. You can then come back and get the track you wanted when you have topped up.

How do I register/sign‐in?
Sign In to the Ringtagz website by clicking the 'Sign In' button on the top right hand of the page and simply follow the prompts.
You will need to register if you are new to Ringtagz and do not have a password. Registration is free, just click on the 'Register' and follow the simple instructions. Remember to have your mobile phone with you as we will text you a temporary password. -
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by signing in, visiting Settings and following the simple instructions.

How can I stop my Ringtagz?
You can choose to stop your Ringtagz service at any time by visiting 'Settings' when you are logged in to the website.
You can also stop your service on the go by visiting http://orange.ringtagz.co.uk/m/ on your phone and selecting 'Preferences' under 'Manage My Ringtagz' or by texting STOP to 88188.
Remember your service will stop on your next billing date, unless you are in a free trial. -
What if my monthly playing fee can't be taken?
Don't worry you won't lose your service straight away, you will have 1 month to top up and keep your service. If you do not top up enough in this time you will lose your Ringtagz service.

What happens after I deactivate Ringtagz service?
The service will continue until your next billing date.
We will keep all your Ringtagz for 3 months incase you decide to re‐join the service again. To re‐join simply buy any new Ringtagz.
If you stop the service and do not re‐join within 3 months you will lose any Ringtagz you have purchased.

Is there a maximum number of callers that can hear my Ringtagz?
All callers can hear your Ringtagz or you can choose to assign tracks just to individual callers.

How can specific callers hear specific tracks?
To set tracks for a caller you must be registered/signed in.
To add a contact click 'Contacts' and 'Add contact'. Here you can enter details of an individual caller.
Once a caller has been added you can visit 'Manage Ringtagz', where the caller will be listed in the 'My Caller's' list. Just click on that caller and drag and drop the track you want to set for them into the 'My Ringtagz' list on the right. If tracks are not free and not already in your library you may have to purchase them to add.

What is a Shuffle Playlist and how do I create one?
Shuffle Playlist allows you to add an unlimited number of Ringtagz to be played at random to all your callers.
To create a shuffle playlist you must be registered/signed in, then visit 'Manage Ringtagz', click 'Everybody' in the 'My Callers' list. On the right hand side of the page you will have the option to play the default track to all callers or shuffle tracks.
Create a shuffle playlist by selecting 'shuffle Ringtagz' and dragging and dropping Ringtagz from below (You need more than one Ringtagz in your collection for Shuffle to function be active). If tracks are not free and not already in your library you may have to purchase them to add. You can also access the 'Shuffle' function on your mobile by selecting 'Preferences' on the mobile http://orange.ringtagz.co.uk/m/ -
What is the default Ringtagz for Everybody and how do
I replace it?
If you are new to Ringtagz and have not purchased a track at all, the default Ringtagz set for 'Everybody' is the normal 'ring ring'. To see your default track you must be registered/signed in (link to how to sign in question), then visit 'Manage Ringtagz', click 'Everybody' in the 'My Callers' list. On the right hand side of the page you will have the option to play the default track to all callers or shuffle tracks. Everytime you buy or add a new track to your library it will be set as the default Ringtagz for 'Everybody' unless they have a specific Ringtagz assigned to them . You can also change your default Ringtagz by dragging and dropping another track into 'My Ringtagz' when 'Everybody' is selected and 'Default' is on. Note if you delete your default you will still be charged but your callers will here the normal ring ring unless they have a specific Ringtagz assigned to them. How do I stop Facebook notifications?
You can stop sharing your Ringtagz updates on Facebook by changing your 'Social' settings. Sign in select 'Settings' and click on the 'Social' tab. Follow the simple instructions to deactivate the function.

How do I delete content from playlist and from My
Library?
To delete tracks you must be registered/signed in and visit 'Manage Ringtagz'.
You can delete Ringtagz from a playlist by selecting the track you want to delete and then clicking the 'x' close button. This will only remove the track from the playlist but it will still be in your library.
To delete a track from your library, select the track you want to delete in the 'My Library' tab and click on the 'Delete' button.

Where’s my Shuffle List? Why is only my new track playing?
If you have purchased a new Ringtagz it will become the default and play to all callers. To reactivate your shuffle list or add tracks to your shuffle list, visit ‘Settings’ in ‘My Ringtagz’ on WAP or ‘Manage My Ringtagz’ on web.
Help - Ringtagz Packs
- What is the Ringtagz Pack? And how does it work?
Every month you can select 3 new premium tracks from the entire catalogue and add them to your collection for only £2.50 per month. Premium tracks include chart tracks and other specific music tracks.
- Can I keep my Ringtagz Pack credits if I don't use them?
No, Ringtagz Pack credits are only valid for the month of issue. If you do not use them within 1 month of issue they are simply replaced with the credits for the following month (unless you decide to cancel the Pack, in which case your credits expire and are not replaced).
- How do I view my Ringtagz Pack credit balance?
You can view your credit balance at any time by visiting the 'Settings' area of the Ringtagz site.
- Can I cancel my Ringtagz Pack and keep the Ringtagz Service?
You can cancel your Pack at any time by visiting the Ringtagz Pack page. Your Pack will be cancelled at the next renewal date. Cancelling your Pack does not affect your Ringtagz Service or Ringtagz purchased with the Pack.

What if my Ringtagz Pack fee can't be taken?
